Building Audacity (BA) is empowering youth and individuals in marginalized communities to identify resources they want to see in their communities and provide them with the tools and the resources to lead that change. BA is expanding the impact of their Jean Charles Academy and Food Insecurity program by building out a space in Lynn, Massachusetts. The new space will enable them to expand their programs, deliver education to marginalized community youth, and increase their impact on food insecurity. The BA facility will be located in a historic gymnasium building in Lynn, MA. The design will encourage collaboration and access to tactile environments and natural light. The program will encompass a greenhouse, classrooms, breakout spaces, amphitheater, and support space.
